Flexiteek, in Malta, is produced and monitored by an ex-Malta Shipbuilding Tradesman. Committed towards Flexiteek International and our clients; to manufacture the highest quality synthetic teak standard in the market. The final product is the result of Swedish technical perfection coupled with ex-drydocks craftsmanship!
I have attended a practical and technical hands-on manufacturing course the central hub of Flexiteek manufacturing in Sweden, where I was granted permission to manufacture Flexiteek Panels locally (in Malta) after showing manufacturing skills that met Flexiteek's high standards.
In manufacturing decks, shortcuts can be taken to reduce material waste and save time. While being more efficient can improve one's service, I do not compromise quality to save time or material.
We consult with our clients about deck design so that the client's ideas will be crafted onto their deck's layout. This way our clients, besides being proud of having Flexiteek on their boat, will be partners in pride of the created art of decking layouts.
The sophisticated method used to create Flexiteek decks has the end result of neat and strong welded seams, curves and corners. This top quality finish gives Flexiteek it's outstanding long lasting look.
Since Ultra decks Ltd was licensed to manufacture Flexiteek locally, we have left our mark in all the marinas and most mooring bays in Malta.
